Great hotel! Amazing service! Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Delicious and rich breakfast. Even soy milk was found there. A pearl.

Room is clean. Wifi works. BUT the AIrconditioner is out of order. The reception did not inform me when I checked in.. I fumbled with the control. My room is currently 30 degrees C. It is hotter in the room than outdoors. And the fridge doesn't work either. Ok I called reception and ask for a fan. Kudos to him, he did bring a fan in minutes. So, that's good. But if AC is a priority, you might want to call to check if they have fixed it. (My stay is on 18th June 2022)

Exactly as it's Booking.com profile is. Hotel has its indoor parking for 7€ per day, also easy to park on the streets nearby. Convenient to go around from here(El Berrón) in Asturias.

Hotel has everything. Gym in same building. Fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. Laundromat close by as well.

Terrible, I wouldn't go back. The room is very small, overwhelming. The reception service were very friendly. The food is lousy and scarce. The breakfasts were not much, very repetitive. The location was not a big deal. I would not return nor recommend it. We were a group of 35 people and we were looking forward to getting out of there.

My stay at this 4 star hotel was disappointing. Despite its pretensions, the experience was far from luxurious. The furniture was worn, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Furthermore, breakfast, which is supposed to be a highlight in a hotel of this category, offered limited options and mediocre quality. In short, I did not feel I received value for the money I paid and I would not recommend this hotel.
